Job description

You will be part of the Italy Human Resources team, in this role you will be supporting the Business performances and goals achievement of the Company, by implementing the best HR strategies, in compliance with the company guidelines, to enhance managerial and leadership skills, performance culture and employee experience .

An important part of your activity will be to build up and establish a strong business partnership with all stakeholders of your organizational perimeter (both Managers and Employees) to achieve the growth goals as well as the organizational development through the following main activities:

 

Ensure that the people strategy is executed at plants and sites level, matching Group business needs with local peculiarities (laws and union agreements, site specificities, cultural approach...), supported by Local Centers of Excellence (CoE).
Ensure a two-ways communication between Business and Local HR, collecting and reporting needs from the Group to challenge CoEs HR processes and deploying them coherently inside their organizational perimeter
Act as the primary point of contact for business managers and employees, consulting CoEs on HR-related issues (e.g., onboarding, performance management, evaluation committees, salary reviews, etc.)
Assisting managers with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations
Provide employees with training and development opportunities, working with managers to identify and address skill gaps to satisfy local business needs
Provide guidance for talent rotation at local level
Maintain positive labor relations by cultivating the site’s union relationship
Monitor HR KPIs and define corrective actions for businesses at a local level

As part of the Company, you will be requested to work collaboratively as One HR Team in synergy with the HR group to improve effectiveness, cohesiveness and collaboration and to ensure the best results for the business.

Profile

The perfect candidate:

- holds a Master Degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Political Sciences or Law

- Has at least 5 years of experience in human resources roles as HR generalist or HR Business partner with extensive knowledge of all HR Topics/workstreams (i.e. Organization development, Training, Industrial Relations, etc,), preferably acquired in complex international Companies

- Holds strong communication and interpersonal skills to work, interact, and coach effectively people at all levels of the organization 

 - Is problem solving and goal oriented and able to manage complexity 

- Describes him/her self as a Culture Shaper, able to model and reinforce the Leadership company culture, engaging key stakeholders to secure culture alignment, supporting implementation of change initiatives.
