Job description

With the goal to contribute to ST priorities and Supply Chain transformation, we are looking for a dynamic senior HR business partner, located in Agrate (Milan area), to work closely with our Group HR for Supply Chain organization.

As part of the Global Group HR team and reporting directly to the Group HR of the organization, the incumbent will partner with the Supply Chain staff and the HR Centers of Excellence to develop, implement and execute the HR strategy of his/her perimeter, in line with business objectives and goals.

Fostering a change-ready culture, building capabilities to support on-going business strong growth, connecting all employees to bigger picture, helping leaders in creating a positive employee experience, your responsibilities will include:  

HR management and coordination

·       Provide both strategic support and day-to-day business partnership to managers and leaders of his/her perimeter on HR strategy and processes, across geographies.

·       Working closely with the organization's leadership team, contribute to deploy our organizational development roadmap

·       Provide a holistic view to the staff on all HR processes and related key HR indicators to facilitate decision-making, while considering business issues.

·       Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic workforce planning

·       Identify workforce plan and talent needs associated with the organization’s future goals

·       Establish a strategy to ensure the organization has the right mix of talent, technologies and employment models to reach these goals.

·       Deploy and monitor the associated hiring plan and initiatives (upskilling, reskilling…) in accordance with 3Y plan, budget guardrails, and DE&I strategy.

Career management and mobility

·       Conduct talent need discussions with business leads

·       Conduct talent reviews and succession planning exercises

·       Partner closely with the managers and L&D teams to build and monitor associated development actions and career management

·       Facilitate internal/international mobility dynamics to enable talent growth.

·       Participate to the definition of the strategic learning priorities for Supply Chain.

 

Considering that the main goal of the role is to support the deployment of the Supply Chain People Strategy through different initiatives across the different organizations of ST in the world, the main activities listed above may evolve depending on needs, maturity of the initiatives, priorities… Understanding the environment and being able to propose innovative solutions and approaches will be therefore a must for the role. 

Profile

  • Proven experience in Human Resources and working with Executives, ideally in technological environments.

  •  

    Demonstrated level of strong business acumen.

  • Ability to work seamlessly across regional and cultural boundaries in cross functional organization 

  • Combination of critical thinking and pragmatic execution mindset

  • Effective interpersonal skills and positive energy; ability to engage with employees and leaders at all levels

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • High ethical standard, ability to work with sensitive information maintaining a high level of confidentiality

  • Experience in transformation and change management

  • English fluent
