VIE PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:

The VIE program is aimed at citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged 22 to 28.

As a VIE Campus Talent Coordinator, you will work with the Head of Global Campus Management within the Center of Excellence for Global Talent Acquisition for a duration of 2 years. 18 months will be spent in Geneva and 6 months in another country to be confirmed.

The VIE Campus Talent Coordinator will design, set up and deploy a program for trainees and/or recent graduates in line with the campus management's overall strategy for attracting talent.

As a VIE Campus Talent Coordinator, you will be both an agent of change and a contributor to the global transformation of the campus management strategy. You will analyze the key characteristics of successful initiatives in Campus Talent programs, in order to develop a pilot initiative in a business area, unit and geographic region chosen by ST. This enriching experience will allow you to develop soft skills in influencing, persuasion and communication and will give you the opportunity to acquire essential skills in change and stakeholder engagement, as well as a business acumen.

You will preferably work out of our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

- Collaborate with internal teams to design, build and deploy attractive internship and/or graduate study programs....

- Develop a solid and well-structured project plan for deployment purposes, to track progress, and to build and track relevant performance indicators and metrics.

Profile

YOUR PROFILE:

A master's degree in human resources would be an asset.

Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Data-driven mind, logical and analytical approach

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Solid and proven knowledge of project management tools (such as Monday, JIRA...)

Strong knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools (Google Looker / Data Studio, Power BI a plus).

Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge and experience of web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

The position is to be filled from September 2023
