Job description

You will join the Group Center of excellence (CoE) Talent Management, focusing on talent management projects. This role involves analyzing and implementing HR initiatives that support the organization's talent management strategy. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of Talent Management projects and will report to the Group Head of the Talent Management CoE.

  •  Key Responsibilities
  •  Working closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure all necessary information, documentation & tasks are completed for project implementation.
  • Independently collating and analyzing data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
  • Coordinating & collaborating with corporate & regional HR teams to ensure a smooth implementation of Talent Management processes.
  • Accountable for specific assignments, such as designing, programming, documenting, analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, etc., to facilitate, support, and improve development and processes.
  • Resolve queries from internal customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, and industry best practices through ongoing education, and reading specialist media.

Profile

Education:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) can be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR, project management, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and analytics tools is also valuable.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with reporting / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Highly skillful in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English speaking and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
