Job description

With the goal to contribute to ST priorities and QMT Organization, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional to work closely with the Group HR for QMT Central Functions.

As part of the Global Group HR team and reporting directly to the Group HR, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and functions with business needs.

You will work directly with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help building organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • provide guidance to managers on employee engagement, talent development, and performance management
  • develop data-driven solutions, including data analysis from stay/exit interviews, turnover rates, hiring trends, employee surveys, and wellbeing
  • partner with talent acquisition and mobility teams, with focus on onboarding process, talent and career management, mobility, succession planning
  • support managers and employees focusing on career path, training, employee relations, compensation and conflict management
  • facilitate organizational initiatives building capabilities to support on-going business strong growth, connecting all employees to bigger picture, helping leaders in creating a positive employee experience
  • support organizational changes, including coordination and facilitation on communication plans, training, and related activities
     

Profile

  • 2+ years of HR and/or project management experience
  • Ability to work seamlessly across regional and cultural boundaries in cross functional organization
  • Combination of critical thinking and pragmatic execution mindset
  • Experience in transformation and change management
  • Interpersonal skills and positive energy
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and empathy
  • High ethical standard, ability to work with sensitive
  • Information maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Master degree in HR management, economics or related fields
