To manage some projects like new product transfer or new test platform transfer of ADG Products in STS, Shenzhen.
Coordinate and support New Product Introduction, working closely with Division and STS to assure smooth deployment of new products into mass production.
Ensure technical support for asset maximization in STS by increasing testing parallelism, improving yield and cycle time.
To support manufacturing plant (FT & EWS) to solve quality issues due to customer returns, by containment actions implementation and root cause finding.
To contribute in ensuring new devices development and industrialization achieving highest possible production standards in order to maximize cost efficiency and to meet time to market in line with the defined targets.



  •  Main tasks/requirements:
    - Data collection on tester system (ETS/FLEX/A5/T2K/LTX) and commonality analysis
    - Debug on tester by oscilloscope and other instruments (i.e. voltmeters) of already written testing programs
    - Technical troubleshooting in production
    - Experience of small testing program changes and efficiency verification
    - ANOVA study based on reference system
    - Yield analysis crossing testing data with process data
    - Yield improvement
    - Technical team work with organizations/people from different locations
    - Proactive attitude, more devoted to problem solving than follower
    - Good reporting of technical issues, clear technical language
    - Focus on technical details and ability to keep trace of own technical activity
    - Fast learner of new technical issues
    - Good attitude to manage different tasks in the same time
    - Able to support Customers, Quality and Production Plant on technical problem linked to the ADG products
    - Able to support new products qualification and all the activities linked to the upgrade of mature products
    - Able to facilitate the communication between ADG and manufacturing to assure that all ADG technical requirements are implemented in timely manner
    - Able to review and update the design of testing hardware, for cost and performance improvement.
    - Able to manage testing hardware development with suppliers, and deployment in production with Operations team

    Mandatory Job Requirements:
    - Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written (to liaise with Associates)
    - Excellent knowledge of basic analog electronic circuits.
