As an Engineer accountable for the introduction of new product inside the Power Transistor Sub-Group, you will be responsible for the characterization and qualification of power Wide Band Gap technology-based transistors with strong focus on HEMT GaN transistor.

The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as: - Testing program development, debug and release to mass production.

- Product characterization at package level.

- Data analysis and reporting (maturity deliverables).

Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.

3+ years of direct work experience in a semiconductor Final Test environment preferably as a Test Development Engineer.

Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.

Understand the semiconductor Back-End manufacturing processes.

Knowledge for the MOSFET and IGBT products; Knowledge for the Wide Band Gap products such as Gallium Nitride is considered a plus.

Experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment (ex.: iPTest, Teradyne ETS88, CREA, TESEC).

Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++.

Knowledge of statistical method and process control.
