define and develop process and technology in SiC wafers building with particular focus on :
- innovative technology for SiC or PSiC wafer growth
- advance technic of wafers cutting and preparation
- definition and industrialization of new coating material and process.
Experience in semiconductors or solid state inorganic materials development or engineering (experience in crystal growth, thin film deposition or coating and material characterization are strong merits)
Experience, and a genuine interest, in deposition techniques and equipment for semiconductors or ceramics,
Hands on mechanical skills or vacuum technology knowledge
Computational skills towards technical drawings (CAD) and/or thermal modeling,
Data interpretation and analysis skills, Scientific publications or patents are a merit
