ACTIVITIES

The position includes to develop electrical device models for GaN-Si technology, RF packaging, and passive tuning elements for both internal product design and customer application use. Strong circuit simulation skills including ADS, Momentum, Cadence SpectreRF, HSPICE and/or PSPICE are necessary, and experience in RF modeling and/or power amplifier design with GaN and LDMOS technologies is required.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Must be able to use electronic simulators as ADS, with experience with Electromagnetics simulator as Momentum, HFSS, EMDS.
• Interpersonal Relationships, Adaptability, Flexibility, Creativity/Innovation, Team Work/Cooperation, English Language
• Experience in development of Design Guides and Kits in Keysight ADS or Cadence Microwave Office
• Understanding of semiconductor devices, IC manufacturing and circuit design
