To support Advanced BCD Technology Platform by

1) design new elementary device supported by TCAD analysis 

2) design development test structures for silicon characterization

3) perform electrical characterization on relevant experiment

4) release to Design/Manufacturing all the deliverables for enabling the qualification

The candidate should have:

1) Physics or Electronic Eng Master degree

2) Basic elementary devices physics know how

3) Knowledge of silicon process flows

4) attitude to team work and flexibility in the priorities attribution

5) Passion for technical job and willingness to take new challenges
