The Smart Devices for Auto Division is looking for a brilliant and skilled Business Management Engineer for driving the business operations of EMEA and AME customers

The main responsibilities of this position are:

- To implement business plans and strategies to promote business growth while ensuring profitability levels in line with the Company targets

- Manage EPL/DCPL and price quotation approval

- To evaluate/monitor the business performance

- Define Price policy and manage commercial contracts

- Define and implement metrics to monitor the execution of the business policies

- Implement procedures to improve profitability

- Support and help resolving service crisis/issues with customers

- Customer support for business-related matters

- Follow-up market dynamics and link with ongoing business metrics

- Priority definition skills

- Demonstrates initiative

- Leadership skills

- Financial knowledge as a plus

- Product Development Flow knowledge as a plus

- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Presentation skills

- Negotiation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Point user

- Knowledge about Automotive market dynamics and customers as a plus
