Job description

New Technologies and Packages definition, positioning, deployment, and search for beta customers, and relative promotion will be the main targets of the Technical Marketing Candidate.

The purpose of the job is to drive and support marketing and business development activities for High Voltage silicon MOSFET products to grow market share and revenue.

The job holder will define the marketing strategy in agreement with the regional Teams and the divisional and group supporting departments for the assigned responsibilities with the target to drive innovation and enable ST leadership. The candidate will manage relationship with decision makers in the field, with key customers by coordinating the technical support from business unit and ensure business fulfillment and create NBG (New Billing Generation).

Main Objectives & Tasks:

To generate tactics, positioning and strategy for the new and focus technologies.

Business Development for Industrial & Multisegment applications using High Voltage silicon MOSFET technologies/devices.

Support demand creation and increase design-ins and market share on assigned products at assigned customers in all Industrial & Multisegment applications

Coordinate assigned products promotion

Analyze customer applications and major system trends to identify new product needs generating new products proposal.

Identify, manage and report system opportunities and project awards to management

Align new product proposals & promotion with product marketing and system competence teams

Benchmark ST products versus competitors

Forecasting on short-medium-long term basis is a must in order to help ST deliver capacity and tools at the right time to trigger time to market and to volume.

Daily relationship is to be kept with internal teams (R&D, Application, Engineering, Quality, Reliability and Program Management)
