This function will have the responsibility of technical coordination of Programs on SiC MOSFET for Industrial, from NPP till commercial maturity and full Industrialization and manage Industrial customer needs in terms of special requirements and documentation (quality specifications, waivers, qualification reports, etc.).

Very good technical competences on Power Transistor devices and knowledge of ST development and manufacturing flows. Experience with Industrial customers in terms of application/qualification/production requirements. Very good
communication skills, team spirit and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
