The main activity will be to provide day to day support to end users, analysis their needs, describing and translate into detailed analysis, then leading user acceptance tests once solution is received
Strong capacity to define proposals or alternatives.
This required a candidate having an important capability of rigor able to identify and prioritize problems, to classify risks, to control of no regression, in validation and able to easily communicate changes through a large audience
Requested Background:
High School Diploma in Computer Science or Bachelor/master’s degree in information & Communication Technologies
2-5 years of experience
Experiences in:
Support functions
Business analyst
Methodology and robustness
Project management
in solutions: SAP4/HANA, ARIBA, Business Intelligence
Basic project management drive and techniques
Coordination spirit.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools to support follow-up
Ability to analyze various business models and processes
RACI matrix
Ability to work by plans or Work packages
Methodology to support and formalize user requirements
Flexible and adaption to change of priorities
Monitor project progresses through dashboards
Able to design tests, support end users when testing, collect user results, escalation processes
Able to prepare robust training materials
