 POSTING PRESENTATION:

In an application context of high speed communication, the requirement of have high RF performance and reliable circuit is very strong from end-customer. Design-for-Reliability simulation enables to assess circuit performance in aged conditions in function of pattern and usage condition. This approach widely used for CMOS is not very developed for bipolar, because the simulation framework is not available. Thesis subject consists in developing CAD environment to manage ageing simulation for bipolar, and correlation with power amplifier ageing will be performed.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

  •  RF design knowledge is required, an experience in bipolar device model would be appreciated.
  •  5 - Master degree
  •  Less than 2 years
