Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain a wide range of chemical and wafer handling and processing equipment such as vacuum systems, glove boxes, etchers, CVD and PVD tools, spin coaters, and liquid and gas chemical handling systems.
Perform regular preventive maintenance as well as diagnose and repair urgent problems on chemical and wafer processing equipment and plant facilities.
Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
Provide smooth daily operation of laboratory and fab area by performing various parts assembly, process preparation and waste management functions.
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Read and understand technical diagrams, CAD drawings, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
Minimize downtime by informing affected individuals of routine preventive maintenance techniques.
Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain safe and orderly working environment.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Requirements:
Some knowledge of commercial HVAC and CDA systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, mechanical systems.
Must be able to work independently and follow procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and communication with internal teams.
