We have an opportunity in our Burlington, MA office for a Facilities and Property Project Manager.
Manages all aspects of the office property portfolio in Region Americas including Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil.
Implement, execute, and identify detailed design phase of projects.
Ensures strict adherence to specifications and attention to cost management and assisting in the management of the bidding, negotiations, construction contract process and other third-party contractor.
Actively participates in the selection, evaluation, acquisition, occupation, management and/or disposition of real property, office/manufacturing space or other commercial buildings in compliance with company policy to create a comprehensive office strategy.
Partners closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align the office property strategy with the business strategy.
Responsible for the design, build-out, and modifications in-line with the corporate branding and local needs partnering with finance team, brokers and local architects.
Responsible for budgeting, construction planning, maintenance planning, security specifications (with security), IT specification (with IT), furniture and equipment procurement (with Procurement team), and office relocations.
Project management of contractors, architects and other vendors in line with security, IT stakeholders to ensure office buildouts are delivered on time and in budget.
Define and monitor benchmarks for offices, costs & occupancy.
Responsible for all aspects of quality in work, processes, products, and results.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Travel required.
Education and Experience - College Degree and 5 years experience.
