 POSTING PRESENTATION:

- Expert of Technology Development process, from R&D design phase to Front End industrialization and Back End compatibility, yield enhancement and data analysis correlating with process and electrical parameters.
- Deep understanding of  Failure Analysis & Chemical, Physical and Morphological Characterization Techniques, Process & Electrical Equipment functionalities (Fab, Metrology, Parametric Test, EWS),
- Wide knowledge of Problem Solving Techniques (Root Cause Problem Solving, A3, Fishbone)
- Quality  & Reliability Metodologies (8D, FMEA, Risk Analysis, DOE)

PROFILE REQUIRED:

•  Engineering master degree
  - High skills in the field of Analog & Power Advanced Technologies Development.
  - Good personal behavior and proactive daily cooperation with Analog & Power R&D and Division departments, Product, Quality, Sale, Customer Account, to identify the best solutions in order to succeed on maturity roadmap.
  - Act as interface with the customer to the daily/weekly meeting for the different topics under manufacturing ownership; e.g. delivery, quality, yield, scrap, FE/BE compatibility
