STMicroelectronics  Malta is seeking to employ a Product and Test engineer to join the testing department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

MRB activity:
Drives as ADG QA delegate the MRB (daily meeting) managing the maverick lots (NCL material) for Assembly, Final Test and Finishing. Data retrieval and analysis is performed, for fast and safe material disposition. Assure that the right methodology is in place (8D and risk assessment).

Involved in the final decision in case of dispute and activation of the escalation path inside ADG and in the manufacturing plants whenever is required.
MRB process continuous improvement:

Leads the ADG MRB process continuous improvement in Malta putting in place the tools, procedures, data collection, and all technical or operational procedures to continuously simplify and streamline the process for all the MRB members.
MRB technical information collection and classification:

Responsible to guarantee that all relevant information collected and shared during MRB meeting per each disposed lot are properly recorded and stored.
ADG supply chain support on urgencies

Supports and provides critical information for the timely resolution of both Supply-chain constraints and process related quality issues with all Production Plants involved (ST and Sub-contractors).
Reporting: report for ADG organization including KPI

Shares information between Local manufacturing teams and ADG Digital Front Line Operations counter-parts organizations by creating a Management Reporting of Key Indicators.
Implementation of Automotive Quality Gate Tools

Supports the implementation of Automotive Quality Gate Tools (SBL, SYL and Firewall) in each phase of the supply chain related to production.

Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate shall

• Possess a Degree in Engineering 
• Have a basic electronics (digital)
• have  the passion towards Statistical Data analysis
• posses Problem solving skills
• be team work oriented
• Willing to take a challenge and work in a very fluid environment

 knowledge in Semiconductors Assembly & Test process is an asset.
