SCOPE:

• Following detailed procedures, also with supporting images, and working mainly in collaboration, carries out operational activities related to preventive maintenance of the lines.
• Acts in compliance with the planning defined in collaboration by Industrial Performance Management, Engineering and the Maintenance structure (Team Leader and Equipment Engineer), follows the operational indications of the Shift Leader, his hierarchical superior, in order to respect the PM plan and reduce machine downtime.
• Relies on the support of the maintenance structure's skills for more complex or out-of-procedure interventions.
• Performs machine requalification activities and tests the equipment control plan (ECP) of tools after maintenance interventions.
• Carries out activities such as: verification of machine values/parameters, control and functioning of parts, procedural washings. Works on multiple types of machines under the supervision of the shift supervisor.
• Performs simple preventive maintenance (PM) - e.g. bottle replacement, cleaning, regeneration... - according to the defined scheduling and following the provided procedures.
• Uses dedicated software for tracking maintenance activities.

Hold lower secondary education degree preferably oriented on industrial maintenance,electronics, electrical engineering or automation.

Previous experience as a shift operator in similar production contexts (electronics, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering) - preferred

Have a good understanding of Safe Working and 5S Practices

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

English level to understand technical documentation
Skills in electrical engineering / electronics (signal processing)
