SCOPE

Support the processing of 12'' wafers by carrying out operational activities that include, but are not limited to, loading and unloading lots, performing periodic tests, and reporting issues. All of this is done following detailed checklists and in a highly proceduralized and predominantly automated context, with particular attention to safety and quality and prior indication from the supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Can perform loading and unloading actions on lots where necessary and the automatic transport system is not present/active.

• Manages lots through computer tools following appropriate certification levels.

• Through accurate planning and detailed checklists, acts on the machine by performing actions such as measurement, lot management following existing recipes (metrology).

• Performs defined control/testing operations, records results, performs appropriate OCAPs according to the certification level, and reports any out-of-specification results. Consequently, disposes of lots according to existing procedures.

• Can contribute by providing suggestions for improvement and modification of specifications, and shares best practices with colleagues.

• Acts in compliance with Clean Concept rules and respect for procedures and specifications.

• Health & Safety/Quality: responsible for following all procedures related to these areas, reporting situations that may put machines, WIP, and personnel at risk, and reporting any non-application of procedures.

EXPERIENCES - SKILLS

• A technical qualification (technical diploma, electronic, computer, chemical technician...) or previous experience in production operator roles, preferably in similar contexts, is required.

• Certifications for access to Clean Room and for operating machines are provided by Manufacturing Training based on the operator's experience and the needs of the area in which they operate.

• Soft Skills:

Ability to synthesize and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
