Job description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ATE solutions for new product development including engineering validation and mass production.
  • Managing ATE improvements projects including KGD, final testing and Burn-in system with manufacturing teams to ensure that test equipment qualification and validation meet the standards and work effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and debug ATE systems with different site team on test results analysis. provide technical support to resolve issues and help on preventive action deployment.
  •  Validate and optimize ATE systems to ensure the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and implement ATE hardware and software, including test fixtures and programs. Ensure new soltuion release to production with minimum risk.
  • Support BEM&T quality, DIV and different region team on testing failure analysis, provide professional suggestion even with testing detectability revolution.
  • Work with external vendors and partners to develop and implement software integration solutions to ensure that the software solutions meet the standards, and able to integrate effectively with the ATE systems with enough training to production team.
  • Support manufacturing team to sustain manufacturing KPIs (UPH, Yield, Sites) by providing strong technical analysis and collaborate with ATE suppliers to develop ATE HW/SW solutions to resolve high impact KPIs issues.

Profile

  • Master or above degree in electrical/ mechanical/material engineering
  • Fluent English communication skills both in written and verbal.
  • 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor: power electronics/modules package is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of SiC MOSFET, MOS, IGBT and Diode device theory, also dynamic/switching electrical characterization of power devices, also in application.
  • Experience with electrical test solution, parametric analyzers/curve tracers, isolation tester, power supplier, oscilloscope, and LCR meter.
  • Knowledge of STDF data statistical and test result analysis with waveform capture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and problem prevention skills including 8D, FMEA, DoE etc.
  • Hands-on knowledge of package reliability requirements, failure analysis techniques
  • Must be willing to work as part of multi-site team, be able to travel as part of the job.
