As part of Digital Transformation and Information Technology (DTIT) organization team, the role is to improve, develop, test, deploy and support Manufacturing Applications focus on Advanced Dispatching solutions (RTD) of Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.

- To participate in the design with Business Analyst and development of applications working closely with other teams’ members and external software providers

- Change enhancements, to collect and analyze user requirements and work with Business Analyst for applications enhancement cover full life cycle of software phases end to end.
 

- More detail elaboration covering documentation, customize dispatching rules enhancement, application qualification verification test cases (VTP) writing and test execution and support user acceptance test (UAT) of applications software releases, and deployment to production environment.
 

- Incidents support: to resolve incidents reported by users by analyzing/debugging the issue and providing resolutions and analysis root cause (RCA) to prevent future occurrences, and available on support call 24x7 necessary to resolve major production incident.

• Graduate/Degree in IT/Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• At least 2 or more years of experiences in software life cycle phases that covers development and deployment support experiences.

• Technical Skills:
o Knowledge in MES Systems, Unix, Linux OS, Windows, Oracle, MSSQL, Tibco RVD / BW
o Experience in PL/SQL, Java, XML, JavaScript, HTML, web services, perl/shell scripting
o Experience in web-based applications, Databases, Software development
o Experience with Advanced Productivity Family (APF) technology is an advantage
o Experience with Semiconductors Back-End Manufacturing processes is an advantage
