Job description

The Supply Chain Coordinator for position manages demand planning within the defined account and will be responsible for creating a reliable unconstrained, layered demand plan within a 2 year horizon for specific perimeters for a Global Key Account.  This role includes active interactions with internal & external stakeholders and is intended to be involved in ST systems and business management tools, focusing on sales related software such as SAP IBP, Power BI, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Principal accountabilities

  • Understand and manage complexity of data and business models based on manufacturing, financial, supply chain principles
  • Weekly analysis / reporting on customer demand forecast and evolution
  • Generating reliable, unconstrained, layered demand forecasts for various corporate needs and exercises
  • Build comprehensive layered demand, leveraging internal and external inputs
  • Optimize demand management by analyzing trends, seasonality, and patterns in varying forecasts from end customers and their contract manufacturers
  • Interacting globally with Groups and Regions and facilitate joint demand review sessions to reach a consensus
  • Detecting and anticipating demand signals and trends, build models leveraging with advanced software technology
  • Develop strong understanding of the market and our customers’ needs through continuous collaboration internally and externally
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the process, proposing and implementing improvement opportunities


  • The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of quality in work, processes, products and results.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of personal commitment and sense of urgency, as well as an ability to function and be tolerable situations of stress and high pressure.
  • This role will require a high degree of interaction with people from multiple time zones / countries and cultures.
  • The candidate must have strong relationship / interpersonal skills
  • Must possess an ability to work cross culturally, fostering and maintaining a collaborative environment at all times
  • They may be required to report on their work weekly in a public forum and should have a strong verbal communication still set.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years semiconductor experience (ie, planning, operations, account management, sales) is preferred.
  • International travels are required
