- Follow-up on specific quality division project with focus on M2M area
- Understanding of Product requirements in terms of Quality and Reliability
- Good understanding of
- Handling and personalization processes (with focus on M2M process)
- Package types (DFN, QFN, BGA, WLCSP, etc)
- Smart card embedding processes
- Attending of main project milestone meeting for Product development and industrialization (M2M in particular)
- Liasing with Quality division for
- New Product Qualifications
- Special Quality projects for Marcianise site
- Management of internal quality problems related to M2M personalization
- Customer complaint support (with focus on M2M)
- Support on customer issues related to M2M in particular and embedding / personalization Card process (inluding traceability activities)
- Knowledge of Quality tools such as
– PPAP, FMEA (risk assessment in general), Change management, 8D ,
- Use of 8D methodology approach and Root cause analysis methods (3 x 5Why, Fishbone, etc..)
- Understanding of principle and scope of electrical and physical failure analysis techniques
- Liasing with internal/external lab for product qualification and failure analysis requests and follow-up
Support internal auditor in production for audit into M2M area based on ISO 9001, IATF16949 and (certification as Internal IATF 16949 and/or preferred VDA 6.3 preferred in mid term)
- Adeguate knowledge of main Quality ST tools ( Action Tool , 8D , ECC+, Notice, RMS, TIS, PCMS, Audi Tool)
- Support Quality division with discuss and solution of Quality issues
- Contribute with the risk assessment and validation process of new personalization equipment for release to production
- Contribute to analysis for material disposition from internal excursions/deviations in personalizatipn (with specific focus on M2M area)
- Contribute to improvement quality programs for processes in M2M area
- Attend relevant meeting related to product development (including S/W) and M2M products area and/or internal or external customer issues
