We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer.

Main Activities:
-Technical lead of dielectric dry etch tool performance, obtained by management of people, activities and tools with the aim of guaranteeing performances aligned to targets, ensuring process robustness and stability.

-Manufacturing environment with significant R&D activities.

Profile:
-Skills of managing and motivating team members (5÷10 people)

-Ability to cope with priorities

-Education level: graduation or PhD in physics, chemistry, materials science, engineering
 
-Work experience: min 3 years in equivalent or similar position
