This role works within the Analog MEMS & Sensors Group.

•To develop ATE testing solutions (HW/SW) for mixed-signal devices with embedded microcontroller.
•Test schematics and Test list definition based on datasheet and design specifications
•Test program writing, debugging and validation
•Release to manufacturing sites.
•ATE product characterization, support

•Bachelor / Master Degree in Electronics or other related disciplines
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in Testing, Product Engineering, characterization or FW development.
•Good knowledge and experience in ATE testing, yield / data analysis tool
•Experience on Teradyne ETS800 would be a plus
•Passion for innovation, challenge existing solutions
