To manage and contribute on the manufacturing operations and industrialization of Analog products on WLCSP package family.

In the job content it's request to understand the technical capability of each involved Back End plants, capacity at each process step and analysis of potential risks, if any.

To meet Division targets /KPIs (time to market/ time to volume/ yield/ SFV / Quality), the jobholder must coordinate and manage at shop floor level all related activities from New Product Introduction to daily operations among the various departments (internal and external) and stakeholders. In the same context, the
jobholder is responsible to drive daily communications with the involved Back End plants (internal and/or OSATs) and pay regular technical visits at the manufacturing sites (Gemba Walk) to secure the right quality level, correct equipment utilization and production efficiency according to the given product target/KPIs.

To define project timeline for NPI activity or any technical activity related to yield improvement program.

Customer Audit and technical visit must be supported based on request.

Deep experience in WLCSP packaging and process

Ability to handle multi projects across different back end plants 

Good know-how on process development 

This position requires strong communication skills on technical aspects and early warning awareness.

Leadership skills and team spirit approach are a must 

Strong ability on problem solving 

Strong ability to work independently and under pressure

Availability to frequent travel within Asia region or Europe upon request from the management
