Reporting to the Supply Chain (SCO) Financial Control, Compliance, ERM/Resilience and Sustainability Director, the SCO Quality, Risk and Sustainability manager will support supply chain management in driving the company sustainability agenda and in developing risk management programs for the Organization and in maintaining best in class Quality Management System.
This role will encompass both strategic approach with the need to be hands on, requiring also project work skills and/or change management capabilities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To oversee, plan and direct Supply Chain sustainability strategy in accordance to the guidelines of the Corporate Sustainability.
- To analyze the current supply chain footprint and suggest/provide innovative solutions with the goal of meeting company sustainability targets.
- To document, measure and follow-up on all sustainability programs and their relevant KPIs for the Organization.
- To develop, implement, drive and monitor an effective Quality Management System (QMS) for SCO worldwide.
- To develop, implement, drive and monitor an effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Resilience roadmap for SCO worldwide.
- Support and follow up the audit process for SCO worldwide.
- Support SCO during audit certification programs.
- Documentation control process owner for SCO to ensure that all documents are updated and reviewed as per company standards.
- Drive initiatives for problem-solving and establish best practices in SCO.
