ST is excited to welcome a Sales Operations Analyst Intern at our office located in Livonia, MI.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This intern must be available to work in the mornings from about 8:30 am - 1:00 pm. We can be flexible with your schedule, but the morning work shift is mandatory.

 

We are looking for a motivated and talented intern to assist with daily operations in our sales unit that supports one of the most critical customers at STMicroelectronics. The job entails a close collaboration with customer service, operations manager, sales and planning. The goal of the role is to help communicate accurate supply chain visibility to our customer with creative thinking of improving the efficiency of our data gathering and exchange. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily ship report: Compile various source of internal inputs to provide the customer with the projected delivery that includes actual production output, goods in transit, etc.

  • Data analysis: Build and maintain a weekly dashboard to monitor the customer PO, customer demand against allocation plan. Proactively outline the gaps and misalignment to resolve discrepancies.

  • Customer Supply Chain Database Management: Identify and maintain the agreed data to be provided to the customer on their portal and ensure the data accuracy.

  • Pre-production Build Support: Manage and support pre-production orders from customer request to delivery and qualification of new designs.

Profile

 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Sales, any other related majors.
  • The ideal candidate profile includes the knowledge in the data mining, analysis and associated software management skill with a strong attention to detail.
  • Considering the daily interaction required with multiple organizations this successful candidate should be curious, ambitious and outgoing.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Available to work in the mornings from about 8:30 am - 1:00 pm. We can be flexible with your schedule, but the morning work shift is mandatory.

At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base hourly rate range for this role is between $22 and $33 USD.
