Job description

Take Lead South China MM sales team work with marketing/ Division to support, manage and drive responsible disty with their ST product marketing and sales management on ST demand creation and biz growth,extend ST customer base, increase ST market share in SC china.

--Develop each disty annual revenue goal. 

-- Cooperate with each disty regional sales  & marketing management, define the biz plan and biz growth strategy, set up the detail action plan/ KPI on each growth strategy and regular review with disty.

--Disty/Application Mapping and ctm channel management, manage and drive Mass market key application, focus new product promotion and MM key ctms demand creation.

--Engage and increase disty marketing and FAE resources on ST demand creation.

--Trouble-shoot/resolve escalated problems that are likely to be due to operational omissions or delinquencies, capacity shortages or business recognition/pricing disputes by working with Marketing/Divisions/ channel team and other Regional/OEM sales teams to resolve issues/reconcile differences.

--Supervise, motivate ,monitor individual team member performance and secure training programs for the team, Set up the sales budget for individual sales.



-- More than 10 years working experience in semiconductor market

-- More than 5 year team management experience

-- Strong Sales experiences 

-- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment.

-- Ability to develop strong customer/Disty relationships and demonstrated negotiation skills
