Reliability equipment management and relevant hw setting up and trimming. 

Consolidated and proved experience on lab operation according to the IATF 16949 requirement.

Reliability boards analysis and relevant immediate corrective actions (repairing and testing) 

Knowledge on reliability equipment architecture and relevant basic principle physics  

Knowledge on Electronic/ Mechatronics discipline

Power devices basic physics knowledge

Good knowledge on main OFFICE 365 application and reliability equipment software user interfaces

Performing basic maintenance on assigned equipment
Supporting major technical interventions, including Preventive Maintenance (PM)
Performing Detectability Robustness Self-Prevention checks
reporting PM Traceability on dedicated database
Respect the internal regulations of the company
Follows the safety instructions, the safety procedure and safety equipment, working in a safe manner
Respect all internal procedures of the company (working procedures, work instructions)
Repair and maintain the Reliability equipment
Setting up hi end  Reliability tools
To be responsible for the proper functioning of the Reliability equipment
Records the construction defects of the production equipment
Verify the working methods according to the Work Instructions
Puts into service the new production equipment and implements the new working methods
Determine part requirements, provide parts, and request part procurement
Determine causes of defects/shutdowns
