Job description

We are looking for a candidate that will work in Divisional Quality & Reliability Organization, with PQA profile (Product Quality Assurance).


This engineer, fully integrated in the Qualification team, will ensure that the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfy the customer requirements by being accountable for overall product qualification flow from qualification plan definition based on ST and international standards until final qualification report redaction.


During product development phase (from definition to production release) he will represent Quality Department in product core team, together with other technical representants (designers, application, product engineers..) and will have to work in close collaboration with them, and also with associated laboratories (reliability, failure analysis).


He/She will analyse gaps between the customer’s quality/reliability demands, ST standards and norms, then defines an advanced quality action plan accordingly.

Inside the core team the candidate should challenge and validate what information is necessary in order to develop the qualification/reliability plan, being able to manage possible obstacles to assure the product qualification in agreed timeline.


In case of qualification samples rejects, he/she will coordinate the failure analysis, root cause identification and corrective actions definition.



Master’s degree in Microelectronics Engineering / Semiconductor

Knowledge in Integrated Circuits, Electronics

Consolidated skills in problem solving and on management of cross-functional teams

Fluent written and speaking English

Communication, Collaboration and Team Work

Attitude for working in dynamic and differentiated organization.
