The job holder will report to the ST corporate quality organization.  This organization provides the ST quality working model, supports for implementation of the ST quality strategy and guarantees company-wide  alignment for our quality structure and operations.


Several tools & systems interact to serve a community of users in various manufacturing facilities to manage materials & suppliers.


Your mission will be to :

Secure the consistency of tools and systems among the corporate material quality systems and enhance their productivity
Manage the delays, costs and deliverables required to enhance those systems
Support users for deployment of changes, solve incidents, prioritize requests

 Your main challenges will be to : 

Ensure systems are effectively providing the expected service to users
Interface with users to define the tools enhancements are aligned with company policies, strategies & targets.
Ensure enhancements requested are prioritized
Define the functional and technical requirements for internal or third-party developments.
Prepare the test cases to validate the changes
Follow through the development plan until release for test
Perform/coordinate the test cases & coordinate problem solving.
Follow through implementation vs forecast.
Interact with third parties to extend tools usage
Build the communication package for the community of users prior to release.
Support users for deployment of new versions and solving of issues
Propose improvements to increase users productivity
Administrate the various tools & setup data integrity mechanisms.
Manage the associated budget


Easy with office tools, power BI or Qlick tools.
