ST has a great opportunity for a Process Integration Engineer located in our Fremont, CA office.  The Integration Engineer will design, execute, analyze and compile reports on a variety of process engineering experiments involving thin film deposition processes at coupon and wafer level.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, analyze and compile reports on a variety of process engineering experiments involving thin film deposition processes at coupon and wafer level
Execute experiments on new colloidal ink formulations
Evaluate thin film materials properties and correlate with device opto-electronic performance
Generate internal and external documentation for processes
Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

  •  Key Requirements:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related discipline
    Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Programming skills is a plus
    Must demonstrate flexibility, self-direction, and self-discipline to plan and accomplish objectives and meet deadlines with limited supervision
    International travel is possible
  •  4 - Bachelor degree
  •  Less than 2 years
