 POSTING PRESENTATION:

Key Responsibilities
Ensures projects scope of work are fully aligned with the Business Opportunity Plan/Business Objective and Project technology implementation Plan.
Manages program resources (both internal and contractors) as needed during the life of the program to meet objectives and execution strategy.
Set program governance to secure objectives and strategies are fully accomplished.
Develop and monitor/control deadlines, budgets, and activities fine-tuning resources management accordingly.
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI, full adherence to timeline agreed with Key stakeholders.
Lead and evaluate team functional capability identifying and resolving expertise gaps
Provides primary interface between the Projects Team and Key stakeholders.
Monitor and prepare executive summary / reports in line with PMO guidelines to support decision making on strategies about the program.
Manage the risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle, drive mitigations and set measures to correct them when they occur.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

•  Knowledge, Skills and capabilities:
  2-5 years’ experience in project execution as a Project Manager or other similar roles
  Master’s degree in Management or a relevant field
  Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage
  Knowledge of planning and executing a budget
  Able to work by goals and excellent time management skills
  In-depth understanding of project/program management techniques and methods, change management principles and performance evaluation
  Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels within the organization from analyst to senior leaders as well as the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships
