Responsible for creating and committing a feasible plan in line with capacity installed for both Fab and EWS
Responsible for creating scenarios in quarterly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to understand the impact driven by new technology or output/mix changes and involve stakeholders in the capacity strategy to support new technology and/or capacity expansion
Provide feedback and relevant information for planning to Central Planning
Responsible for executional role in DDMRP (Demand Driven Materials Requirement Planning) process
Manage priorities and monitor hot product delivery forecast
Monitor site production performance and escalate risks/issues and coordinate recovery plan due to excursion
Manage cross site processing activities
Participate in production meeting

Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration
Strong communication skills, able to work with external suppliers & internal stakeholders
Attention to details, strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
Good supply chain planning knowledge will be an added advantage
Microsoft office applications literacy.  Proficient in Excel spreadsheet is a must.
Previous working experience using SAP application will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and parts will be an added advantage.
