We are looking for a Sales Operations Representative in CASTELLETTO or AGRATE (Italy). The position is available now.

You will be part of a dynamic team within the Supply Chain - EMEA Automotive Sales Unit -.

You will be the main point of contact on operational matters for a major customer in the Automotive sector. Fluent in English is a prerequisite.

On a day-to-day basis, you will closely work with various ST teams: Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Sales … always with the aim of meeting the needs of the customer.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing the order book (EDI management and order tracking) and the database (prices, customer profile),

- Analyzing customer forecasts and managing consignment stocks,

- Aligning Demand/Forecast with your Colleagues (Business Management/Demand Planning) and thus contribute to the billing

- Organizing urgent shipments and resolving delivery problems,

- Handling returns when needed,

- Working closely with the Finance team to help solving payment issues,

- Participating in the management of conflict situations with internal and external peers.

 You are available for travel/customer visits.

You have a degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration (other backgrounds are also accepted) and you are comfortable expressing yourself to express yourself independently in Italian and English (read/written/spoken).

A third language is a plus (German, Spanish).

You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and you are able to work under pressure and stress.
