THE ACTIVITIES

The purpose of this role is to support APG financial control team and Divisions, dealing with divisional, group, and local management interfaces.

Main responsibilities of the role will involve, among the others:  

- P/L analysis
- Support the financial plan process (short, medium, long term)
- Profitability analysis by customer/product and forecast
- Focus on APG R&D Innovation and new product introduction (NPI): business economic evaluation and coordination between Divisions NPR/MDR Profitability tracking and early warning process
- NPI tools’ development and maintenance (PLM, PMS)
- APG Funding’s maximization in cooperation with R&D managers, ST Central functions and Legal Entities. Follow up of APG funded projects

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should have:

- Master degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering or related matters

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning & controlling

- Collaborative approach, able to work with passion and strong team spirit

- Analytical skills, proactive attitude and accuracy

- Strong in excel modelling and business case

- Proficiency in Power Point/ power bi tools 

- English fluent

- Fast learning

- Teamworking

- Robust communication skills
