Electronic System Solution expert, familiar with Electrification and Digital Power applications, destinated to reinforce ADG Strategic Business Development focusing on Digital Power and Power Conversion applications.

The main responsibility is to focus on Car Electrification platforms that are of strategic interest of the group, leading a cross-functional team of resources belonging to different ADG divisions and interacting with other ST Groups when required, contributing to the Business Development action at group level.

The candidate should have a solid, technical, cross-domain expertise in Digital Power and Power Conversion System Solution, spanning from System Architecture, System Development including Validation, Application integration and testing.

Responsibility:

·       Lead Power Conversion-related threads within ADG Business Development Office, ranging from advanced explorations to support of Divisional platform development

·       Consolidate and disseminate System-related culture, leveraging his/her prior experience in integration of Power Conversion systems based on standard components from worldwide lead supplier

·       Team with Product Division Marketing, System Architecture and Applications teams to support implementation of ST Solution strategy, including ST deliverable plan and Ecosystem development, consistent with the added-value objectives defined at NPR.

·       Interact and support Business-related function of ADG Business Development Office

·       Support ADG Executives in strategy definition and communication, with the objective to increase visibility and impact on Automotive Electrification field

Qualification:

·       Master degree in Electronics Engineering

·       6-10 years of experience in system integration (ideally as a Tier-1 Automotive/Industrial supplier) of products with strong Power Conversion content (e.g. Energy Storage, Electric Tractions, Digital Power Generation and Conversion up to multi-MW power range)

·       Network of contacts with Automotive/Industrial OEMs, Tier1s, Infrastructure suppliers

·       Problem solving ability

·       Outstanding communication skills, fluent English spoken and written

·       Strong soft-skills of project leadership and cross-function coordination

·       Ability to adapt to changes and rapidly set strategy to new scenario

Optional, desired Qualification:

·       Technical PhD in related disciplines

·       Master in Business and Administration

·       Appreciated proficiency in French, German or Mandarin
