As DEVICE ENGINEER you'll have to:

- Drive all activities to improve performances on quality and reliability of the techno diffused in AG300. This according to the customer requirements, meeting divisional programs and business roadmap

- Provide feedbacks and guidance to the AG300 fab for the increase of the manufacturing efficiency, process/products improvement and yield enhancement

- Support all the projects related to cost reduction programs allowing the company to be competitive in the semiconductor market

- Share the know-how and expertise of the group, promoting best practices among different organizations and sites (specifically with CR300), by leveraging Lean principles based on a simplification and standardization approach.

These objectives can be accomplished by:

• Properly managing existing WIP in production, WIP in the ramp-up phase, or in low-volume production.
• Ensuring the cycle time target is met. 
• Increasing fab capability through tool qualification and process trials. 
• Planning and following up on tasks, clearly identifying ownership, priorities, and timelines according to production and development needs. 
• Relentlessly activating analytical investigations of root cause and yield detractors for all products on the AG300 production technology platforms.
   

The candidate should have scientific technical skills.

 Master's degrees requested:

- physicist
- chemical
- material science
- engineering degree: material and nanotechnologies, chemical, physic

Software skills:  

- good approach to programming (scripting and/or other programming languages)
- good approach to data analysis and critical thinking

Other skills:

- good attitude to team work

- fluent English

At least 3 years of experience
