The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results. May perform other duties as assigned.
Collects Customers’ needs, requests and complaints.
Provides to Customers guidance into ST organizations.
Markets STs quality system and support capabilities by matching to the customers quality requirements.
Develops key relationships with individuals within customers quality organization.
Ensures the products manufactured satisfy customer requirements with emphasis on product quality and on excellent service to customers.
Measures Customers perception about Quality, Delivery and Communication.
Defines improvement actions.
Consolidates and analyzes reasons for customer complaints.
Coordinates customer qualification efforts of ST devices.
Provides a Local Quality link/interface between the Customer and Division by providing division data from customer production line.
Provides Support to Sales for Quality related issues.
Translates customer needs.
Drives Customer Quality improvement programs within ST.
Facilitates negotiation with Customers on quality related issues.
Makes the best use of resources to match the customers Quality needs. Provides Sales area Quality training.



  •  Skills & Qualifications
    3-5 Years of Customer Quality Experience in the Semiconductor Industry
    Bachelors Degree in Engineering
    Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    Excellent customer service and presentation skills
    High Drive for Excellence
  •  4 - Bachelor degree
  •  2-5 years
