Service administration and management of the Central Europe Region DIT CAD IT infrastructure, and integration with Corporate DIT projects as well.

The Central Europe Region DIT Engineer is mandated for the day-to-day management of incidents and service requests in the CAD-IT environment used for electronic design, according to defined Service and/or Operational level agreements.

He/she has to implement business change requests to existing CAD-IT SW solutions or systems, and follow and resolve users’ incidents in an effective and efficient manner.

Key accountability of Central Europe DIT Engineer is an effective and efficient management of the DIT CAD-IT SW infrastructure, solutions and services.

Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system and end user environment.

Knowledge of shell scripting (C/Bash/Bourne/Korn)

knowledge of Perl language

Ability to work in team, good communication skills and customer support oriented

Problem solving skills/attitude

Willing to learn and to get experienced in the technical aspects of CAD-IT SW solutions
