We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator that brings strong HR administrative skills and knowledge. This position is based in our Coppell, Texas location and will report directly to the Human Resources Director for Local HR Region Americas.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide world class customer service and support to our employees and managers in multiple locations and time zones.
  • Partner with other HR team members, Managers and Team Leads to ensure effectiveness of various Human Resources processes, policies and initiatives.
  • Support daily organizational and administrative aspects of HR operations.
  • Answer employee inquires with respect to Benefits, non-complex Policy inquiries, etc.
  • Applicant Processing – Offer Letters, Applicant Tracking, Facilitation of Interviews, etc.
  • On-Boarding - Processing of new hires, including, background check, drug screens, new hire forms, etc.
  • I-9 Verification, Maintenance and Compliance
  • HRIS Data Entry of New Hires, Terminations, Benefit elections, and other employee related changes.
  • Exit Meetings (at times), Preparation of Exit Paperwork
  • Maintenance of employee files and documentation
  • Immigration Administrative Support – Immigration Postings, Document Preparation, Interface with Immigration Attorney, Tracking of cases, Invoice Processing
  • Processing of Educational Assistance Requests
  • Employment Verification Requests/Preparing Employment Verification Letters
  • Assist HR Director in annual Performance/Salary Increase/Incentive Plan Processes/Reporting.
  • Responsible for Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Cycle.
  • Records and track Training data – Assist in setting up required Training in TalentSoft.
  • Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
  • Prepare HR related reports (Complex in nature)
  • Headcount/Turnover/Recruiting Metrics/Compliance Reporting, etc. including Analyzing Data
  • Assist in other office administrative needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:                                      

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar HR position.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel (specifically complex calculations, ‘vlookups’, pivot tables, etc.)
  • 3-5 years heavy HRIS data entry and Report Writing experience.
  • Preferred system experience in PeopleSoft and SAP.
  • Applicant Tracking Experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources Legal Compliance, Policies/Practices, HRIS, Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, Payroll Processing, etc.
  • Must be able to work on sensitive and confidential material and have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding pay, benefits, and employee issues.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.
