Job Description- 

• Manages, and maintains the centralized regional reporting and monitoring tools
• Develops new reporting tools with PowerBI by working with users to help define and articulate their needs
• Performs data driven analytics to identify trends, areas of excellence and areas of improvement to support management team in decision making and strategy definition and execution
• Participates in corporate task force for the new data architecture migration project from Business Objects to Azure Data Models (collecting needs, testing, and implementation in the region)
• Promote and contribute to transforming into a data driven organization
• Contribute to efficiency improvement for users through automation and Microsoft Power Platforms (or other similar tools)

• Excel (Advanced)
• PowerBI (or similar software)
• Knowledge of Data Modeling
• Data Analytics and mining
• Strong communication skills
• Works independently as well as under the supervision of the Regional Business Manager
• Responsible for the quality and accuracy of final work products
• Manages report requirements, data management, and analytics results
